My introduction

I love reading, writing, discussing current events, dancing, attending arts and culture events, going out to the movies and traveling. I am very goal oriented. Right now I'm finishing up my PhD and am looking for what life will bring me next. I aspire to raise my family and help them to start life off on the best possible foot (so they don't have to come back). I am unique because there's no one else like me, lol. I am a very open honest person who is also old fashioned. I tend to think that that has a certain amount of charm to it. I am dedicated, motivated, caring and I am a workaholic. I'm looking for a man who is driven to succeed and pursues his life's goals. He should be passionate and willing to allow another into his life. I am also a bit adventurous, so someone who likes to travel and do new things...we could find endless joy together :) He should be educated, as am I and as such, should be a good conversationalist. I am a woman who seeks a compatible man who can make me laugh and who is interested in what we can do/build together. I am looking for someone I can first be friends with, then build from there. Though I'm busy and outgoing, I have shy moments and quiet times too. I enjoy quiet moments and spending time relaxing and getting to know one another. I am open minded and open hearted, but that's not to say that I go for just anyone...I'm looking for someone who is patient, smart, funny, open-minded.
