My introduction

I hope this finds you doing well. First, thank you for taking the time to read what I have to say. I will open by simply saying that II am that guy...the nice guy, the Gentlemen. Yes ladies, there are still some of us out here. The questions is, are there ladies out there who really want a Gentlemen? Many say yes, but then end up with quite the opposite. But I have faith in, and respect for, those women who continue to believe that they do not have to settle for anything less than a Man who is going to treat them as the Beautiful creatures that they are. Outside of being a Gentleman, I have been told that I have the patience of Job and described as a Man of Integrity. One of the most flattering compliments that I've ever received was being told that I have a good heart. Humility is my favorite attribute in a person and arrogance my least. Because I was born under the sign of the Virgin, i.e. Virgo, I tend to be a self proclaimed neat freak and organizational junky, but throughout my journey in this life, I have learned to chill out a bit and leave a sock here and there every now and then, lol. My life’s journey has also brought me outside of my shell, as I neglected to mention that I was once the shy guy, still am to a certain point, but far from how I once was. A combination of past positions that required me to speak publicly, along with playing organized basketball from junior high through college, forced this turtle out of his shell. I enjoy a variety of life's offerings, and the list is growing in terms of what I am interested in and what I'd like to do. To name a few, I love to LISTEN to books, yes listen, not read. I suffer from a weird phenomana which I will gladly share later. I thoroughly enjoy music, as it is a modern day time-machine wielding the ability to take one back to that basement party or school dance simply by hearing the same song that was playing at that time. My Pandora has a variety of stations that include Canon In D (love that piece), Kenny G, Frank Sinatra, ColdPlay, Jay-Z, Chris Brown, Jimmie Hendrix and so on. I am a big kid at heart, which is evident by my favorite vacation spot...DisneyWorld. I also enjoy, no love, the entire movie experience. And yes, chick flicks are welcome in my theater, lol. I also enjoy golf, writing, yoga, meditation and so forth. While I am not a fanatic about working out, I do attempt to take care of my body through routine exercise and eating in moderation. As I mentioned, I am also looking to learn new things and take on new adventures... and possibly tick off some of my bucket list items in the process. )
