My introduction
I am an intelligent, ambitious, sweet, kind, passionate and affectionate - love to cuddle if my partner shares the same affection. I am very high-spirited, life-of-the-party kind of guy, yet gentle and calm when the occasion calls for it.
Possess a great sense of humor - I consider it my medication or antidote to counteract the stress and impunity of this crazy world - and can be so humorous just as if I could be never be serious about nothing at all, while on the other hand, can be so serious, when the occasion calls for it, that one would never imagine me being humorous or guffy.
I face life challengingly, yet know how to relax and not be overwhelmed with life's affairs because one can never nullify life's burdens or problems by worrying about it - we meet problems on this earth and we are sure going to die with life's problems still lingering over our lives - so I face life with an inner calm yet work to solve the things that I can, and accept the things that I cannot change.
I consider myself philosophical in my views, whether they be subjects of philosophy, psychological, political, social or even religious beliefs. But I do not express them in a way that is too condescending. I consider the opposing viewpoint, creating a contrast and careful approach between what I believe and the opposing viewpoint; hence, I let one weigh the two sides of the argument and consider which is more valid. But I never develop a domineering approach in my opinions, thereby, forcing one to accept my opinions.
Since politics and religion is a bad mix, I weigh these two principles carefully.
In political discussions, my approach is never to state that this political party is better than this one or vice versa, but I would rather weigh the political history of them both based on solid research and facts and I leave my opponents to draw their own conclusions on the matter.
In religious matters, the basis of my arguments are never overly dogmatic or focused on one religious establishment being better than the other. However, I weigh the fundamental doctrines laid down by the historic church and would question, based on bible principles, whether certain religions are teaching and emphasizing cardinal doctrines of the faith.
So, in general, I consider myself one who can hold discussions with almost anyone, on virtually any matters of discussion, because I always try to consider the opposing view and never try to convey the impression that one must accept my views instead of the opposing viewpoint. I balance my opinions well enough to foster no agitation or overly-heated arguments.
My fundamental belief is in God, and that He has the answer to life's mysteries and to humankind's unanswered questions.
I belief in a straight-forward approach to life and when dealing with people on a personal level yet know how to be discreet with my views when the occasion warrants it.
One who does not stand up for what he believes in, will fall for anything, so my philosophy has always been to stand my ground and be open with my views and what I believe in.
My role models are only Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King who, unlike politicians, who just give lip service, they sacrificed their lives for what they believe in.
I do not consider most of these present-day entertainment icons to be role models. In my opinion, most of them encourage the youth of today to embrace or espouse false sense of values. Very few of them uphold pure ideals.
The ideals of Mandela and Luther are the kinds of values that I embrace - social justice, equality, freedom of expression, etc.
Having said all that I hope to see my prospective mates when they: xxalien2003 (and thank God) I am at yah in the com. Thank you.
