My introduction
Allow me to describe myself: I'm golden brown, hazel eyed 5'11" and approximately 200 lbs. I body-build/shape as a hobby so there is no potbelly (by the Grace of God).Originally from Brooklyn, and later, Mt. Vernon, NY where I departed to enter the Air Force in 1975 thru 1995 and finally settled in Atlanta where I currently work as an Operations Supervisor.
I'm not really much into sports (except pumping my iron of course) but enjoy watching football and baseball. I persistently strive to be balanced and tuned spiritually, emotionally, intellectually and physically with hopes that my companion also strives for those attributes of wellness.
