My introduction

Being a confident woman, does not mean you come with an attitude nor does it mean you are moody or self-serving. A weak woman can only attract a weak man, and let’s face it, we all need someone to check us and keep us focused. No person in this world would fail or fall very far when there is someone who has their back. I don’t play games and I am not here so I can be appalled by your nasty conversation on phone or via chat. I am looking for someone special and I know he is out there somewhere. My Godfather told me that a good man or a real man never needed a woman to tell him how to be a man she only needed to let him love her as her man…then he said good luck with that! He never asked me if I love him or respected him. He was just there, just strong, doing his part without the berating of a woman or anyone. He wasn’t a rich man, if you measured him by money but, he is smart, sensible, and warm hearted and took pride in being a just and godly man. He was not a perfect man and he let the bad side of him show when he became “heated” but he never hit, cursed or found comfort in another woman’s arm. He told me that a real man looks for a type of woman that is strong and confident one that knows what she is worth and trust in the almighty God alone. He told me about that type of woman, he told me about “HER.” He said I made her understand from the beginning, when he set his eyes on her, that she was what he wanted. He said, he didn’t do a lot of talking or said any sweet words, he decided he would just be there, like a rock rolling up a hill. He knew she was a strong and stubborn woman, full of that type of love that is very rare. He told me she was a pull on his heart, a pull like hers he has never felt for any woman. He told me about her and how he first met her. “I made her my friend first and she thought I was some kind of sissy boy but, then she learned me she “woos” all the affection for another woman clean out of me!” I wish I could have been there in the beginning when they first met and just felt, if only vicariously, the love that he speaks of when he speaks of “HER”. He is now old but not senile, winkled but not worn, blessed and grateful, now alone but not lonely. He makes me believe in that type of love.
