My introduction
I would discribe myself as a very reserved person who cleans up well when the situation arises. Itry not to take life too serious. I am thankful that God gives me the chance to wake up every morning. I am not very fancy. I enjoy going to a local coffee shop and just having an intelligent conversation with someone. The photo of me doing a split is authentic and not done by photoshop. I have been told that I am a freak of nature because I have not aged that much. I am just thankful to God that I have good genetics and that I take good care of myself. Its really not hard to do; just good discipline and a willingness to change your life style for the better.
