My introduction
Gentlemen, I am new to this site (late May 2010) and I joined as a subscriber as of late June.
With that said I will use the section to further explain some of basic information and detail questions in order for you to know a little about me.
I am originally from NJ (Shore Points Jersey Girl) but I have called Northern Virginia (Woodbridge) my home since October 2004.
I am 5-4.25 and yes the .25 really matters to me. Smile! By the way, I am attracted to tall men.
Occupation –My primary occupation is a defense contractor but do not be fooled, I am a woman of many talents.
Education – I love to learn. I am still slowly chipping away at my college degree. Thanks to the military I learned a skill that has provided a career aside the uniform as a contractor; however the field in which I work is not my passion. I will continue to use it as a stepping stone until I am a graduate of Howard University. After that, I will continue to save lives but through different means.
I do not have children but I would like some. I know there are some wonderful fathers out there but I do not date men with children - no negotiating that. I have tried several times and it never works out.
Know up front, I am a Christian! I am a proud member of a wonderful church that does not advertise a denomination and I love that! Our church doors are open to all . . . there is no pressure but you are welcome to join me! A COUPLE THAT PRAYS TOGETHER, STAYS TOGETHER!
I do not smoke, never have, and never will. Sorry but I find cigarettes and smoking of any kind to be a turn off when considering actually getting involve with someone.
I am a light social drinker. Few celebratory cocktails on occasion while amongst family and friends or when entertaining . . . .
Music: I am a true music lover. I do not get caught up in genres. If I like the lyrics and the way the music makes me feel . . . then it gets added to my personal rotation on the IPod.
Most recent book I’ve read – The Purpose Driven Life By Rick Warren. I loved this book and plan to read it again very soon. It really changed my life. I am currently reading Hill Harper's, The Conversation.
It's only fair that since I have a pic posted, I expect to see one in return
