My introduction
I'm in the process of walking out of my self. trying to find a place in my heart where I am not confronted with memories. I am an Aquarian filled with ideas about the state of the Black Community, domestic and international politics. Interested in Black and Navahoe poetry, world philosophical thought, and everything I can get my hands on to read. I am a Veteran of the Vietnam war, and I carry much of it's galvanizing affects, but not to my detriment. I don't like to mark-time! I am better at forward-march. I am looking for a woman that I can march with. A Woman Whose not afraid of spontaneity and surprises for life looks not backward nor tarries with yesterday.
I am not trying to figure out if I meet the standards of being a Man laid out by any Woman, but I will share with you words I have received from the Women that I have most revered in my life.
My Mother: Have the courage of your own convictions, and
Audrey Lorde who told me that: You can bring the World nowhere, You can only bring yourself to the World.
