I was a member on your web site for a short time back in October 1996. I was only a member for about a week before I met a very special man.
After our first date we both agreed to cancel our membership
(letskeepitreal and jtscorvette2001). Well Ms. Tasha let me tell you, we stopped speaking to each other after a misunderstanding a few days

I was the cause of the misunderstanding and was sorry for ever doing what I did. I knew deep in my heart that this man was very special. We
had a connection that is unexplainable. And I was pretty sure he felt something too. I apologized to him over and over again but he didn't budge. I knew he was a decent person because not one time did he ever get rude or nasty with me, he always kept his cool and handled me with respect. But I really put doubt in his mind as to whether he could trust
me. I let the situation die down a little and then started to send him little emails here and there trying to ease my way back into good standing with him. It was 5 months later (March 2007) and we were meeting for another first date and like the last one, we connected. We have been seeing each other at least once a week since and have grown very close to each other. We both are very apologetic about what happened between us. I have been very successful on your website and I have met some wonderful people.

Presently a special someone that I met via Black Singles, and we have both decided it is time for me to remove my profile, because we would like to seek a future with one another. I dated via you website, because he is from another country, and now he will be coming here to visit and to make plans for me to visit his country. I have been meeting his family via the internet, and he also mind.

I have to also mention that we are of different races, but it doent matter to me now, because black singles made it easier to take my time to get to know him and feel comfortable with this fact.

Hello Members and new comers that don't think that they will ever meet that special someone online. My story is this...Back in October I was instant mingled by this guy that went by the name RASTA177. He kept sending me smiles and IM's but because he didn't have a pic I didn't respond to him. I only responded to those who have pics. Well, one day, I was on and he hit me again but this time I responded back to him; in his IM he stated that I didn't need to keep my profile on here anymore because he was going to be that guy for me. Of course I laughed but I did compliment him on his confidence it was cute to me. I still didn't know what he looked like but he kept talking. We exchanged numbers and sent pics finally. We kept it moving. The problem that we did face was that he loved all the way in Miami and I live in Charlotte NC. So I began to fall back not believing that we really were ever going to have anything...Well to my surprise, we are still together and as I'm writing this to you, I'm here in Miami visiting him and some family that I have down here too. He has been a great guy since we met. He has done a lot for me like paying my bills for the last 5 months. Needless to say that was before he met me!!!! We fell for each other and have been for the past 6 months. In September he will be relocating to Charlotte so we can truly begin our life together. There are wedding bells in the making.
