What a blessing
My friends put me on this page last year April´06,they wanted me to try this online-dating, but I didn´t really believe in that because I´m from Germany (originally from Turkey)...my second day on here I clicked somebody's profile without knowing how all this works on here, so I didn´t leave any message or a smile.
After that, he clicked my profile and left a smile...I smiled back and so we start sending each other cards-smiles etc...I was not a premium member so I couldn´t even read his e-mails, but as soon as he figured that out he started to IM me...He has 3 kids living with him and I have 2 kids living with me. We were laughing a lot and I feel like he is my soulmate...We were talking on the phone for hours. He had no passport to come visit me in Germany and I had no visa to go visit him in the states because of my Turkish-Passport.
I needed to meet this guy no matter how, so he got a passport and came after 6 months to Germany to stay for 2 weeks. I booked a little trip to Turkey for 1 week so we stayed 1 week in Turkey and the other in Germany and everything was just perfect until the day he had to leave. We both had tears in our eyes, but the time was over.
He came back to Germany in November and asked me to marry him. He had the ring and put it on my finger and I said YES...We got married December 8th 2006 in Germany and at the same time I got pregnant...what a blessing :-) Our little girl was born August 13th 2007, but we are still apart from each other until we get through with all of the paperwork for us to be able to live together in the States...This page here www.blacksingles.com made us so happy. He is everything I asked for
For a long time I have prayed for a specific type of man to come into my life. Well God had to line a few things up for that to happen. Just when I was thinking that...ok this is going to take a while and I said to myself I will just hang out and date here and there until he sends that special someone my way... then... I was contacted by the man of my dreams , not knowing it at the time. I thought it was going to be a nice long distant friendship... well we met and talked for hours and hours.... continued to talk daily, then spent time together, despite the distance, and I knew it was him... the man God had sent to find me. He is everything I asked for... really...Wow! I couldn't ask for a better man to fall in love with. So I say to all of you that are still waiting for that someone to come into your life... be specific and ask God for who you want. Then wait on God and he will move some things around so that you two can meet. Patience is a virtue...

We quickly connected on every level
I am proud to inform you that your site has brought me to the love of my life. I joined your site in December of 2006. I was on the site for a little over a week when I received a smile from Xavier12. I never thought it would go anywhere because he was in VA and I was in NJ. Little did I know, we would connect on every level. After 3 months, he made a huge sacrifice and relocated to NJ. Since his relocation, our relationship has taken off.
On November 10, 2007, I started out my day with a card and roses. The day continued with different clues that ultimately led me to my boyfriend, who asked me to marry him.

Makes me smile
I was on BlackSingles for a while and had talked to many people. I thought about giving up on finding someone who was compatible with me. One day I got a smile from derrickhustle27, it took me a couple days to respond back because of my previous unsuccess with others. I finally wrote him a message back to thank him for the comment and then we talked through mail. Finally we moved to talking on the phone. He asked myself out on date and I accepted. I was very nervous meeting him but the date went great! Everything clicked just right with us and we have a great deal of things in common. Since the first day we spoke on BlackSingles, we do not go a day without talking to each other on the phone and we always talk for hours! We also go out to different places as much as we can to have fun and enjoy each other company! Although he lives on the Eastern Shore of MD and I live in East Baltimore County of MD (with a big bridge separating us : D ), we still make time to see each other. Thanks to BlackSingles, I finally met the guy that makes me smile, care about my feelings, romantic and loves to have fun. We may be heading in a serious relationship because there is talk of meeting the parents! : )

HE'S EVERYTHING I DREAMED OF
He's everything I dreamed of. He's the perfect blend and the love of my life.
After months of looking for the right man for me I finally discovered him or should I say we discovered each other and we only live 20 minutes from each other.
My story begins when on June 13, 2006 I received a few smiles from BIGDADDY1067{MICHAEL}. He sent me{EYESTOTHESOUL} a few smiles I ignored them cause I thought they are only smiles and what could those lead to, right? After about 3 or 4 more smiles I finally responded to 1 of them then I sent him an IM. He had just goteen off work and I was just on the computer doodling around. Well it was a little after midnight when he accepted my chat. We chatted for awhile and we exchanged phone numbers. We had a nice conversation and decided that we should meet face to face. So he came to my house, picked me up and we went to a late night breakfast. During our conversation I made note that he had very good eye contact (which is A + in my book), His conversation was on my mental level, he was the cuddly teddy bear type I was looking for and to top it all off, he was a complete gentleman during the whole date. I must say this was a delightful date and I wanted to see more of him.
So we started talking on the phone and we got to know each other and found out that we have a lot in common. The more we talked the more I fell for him. He was everything I had been wanting and waiting for but I couldn't seem to find.
Afater a few more conversations of constant talking we found ourselves spending more and more time together. It started with a few days out of the week then eventually it turned into we found ourselves wanting to see each other everyday in which we did. We had endless conversations about everything because we could talk about anything under the sun.
On July 14, 2007 he sat down with me, looked me in my eyes and asked to be his woman. I gladly accepted. I knew I had found my true soulmate and the love of my life. We've talked about engagement and marriage(stay tuned for updates on that in the upcoming year) Even though we haven't set a date for either one I know I will enjoy being his wife and waking up to see my handsome husband my king on a daily basis.
This is the end of my happy story but before I end it, I wold like to tell everytone that iis looking for that special someone to have hope, keep the faith and pray for the one you want. Don't give up for he or she is out there waiting for you.......You will find them.
