4 easy steps to keep BlackSingles.com email out of your spam folder and in your AOL Inbox


Step 1 - Add BlackSingles.com to your AOL Address Book:

1. Go to your AOL Mailbox, and in the "Mail" pull-down menu, click "Address Book."

2. Click "Add."

3. In "Other E-mail" add: YourMatches@Mail.BlackSingles.com

4. Select this address as the "Primary E-Mail" Address.

5. Click "Save."

6. Repeat to add each of our other email addresses:

  1. Click@Mail.BlackSingles.com
  2. Communications@Mail.BlackSingles.com
  3. MemberServices@Mail.BlackSingles.com
  4. VerifyEmail@Mail.BlackSingles.com
  5. YourMatches@Mail.BlackSingles.com
  6. Photos@Mail.BlackSingles.com
  7. Comments@Mail.BlackSingles.com
Step 2 - DO NOT click "Report Spam" for any email from BlackSingles.com

If you block just one email from BlackSingles.com, you may not see ANY email from us, including the ones you want to get!

What happens when you send something to Spam? From that moment on, all email from that BlackSingles.com address will be blocked from appearing in your AOL Mailbox.

Step 3 - Remove BlackSingles.com from your spam list

If you already marked an email from BlackSingles.com as spam, you can take us off your spam list by following these two steps:

  1. Click "Spam Folder" in your Mailbox.
  2. Select the email you mistakenly marked as spam and click "This is Not Spam."

Step 4 - When opening an email from BlackSingles.com, click "Yes" in the pop-up.

If you already marked an email from BlackSingles.com as spam, you can take us off your spam list by following these two steps:

  1. Click "Spam Folder" in your Mailbox.
  2. Select the email you mistakenly marked as spam and click "This is Not Spam."
