I met a wonderful man on BlackSingles.com. This was my second attempt at finding love through the internet, so my expectations were low. I met Marine2 about a month ago unexpectedly on Black Singles. I was kind of doubtful of meeting anyone right for me on this site as I had been on other sites and nothing ever seemed to worked out....... We hit it off instantly.... He is a reflection of me. It was so surreal and scary how we were n sync on so many levels...from careers to raising a family. He is everything that I have been waiting for... He is my soulmate and I want to spend the rest of my life with him. I know that it was God that brought us together through Black Singles and those that God brings together stays together. I have plans to visit him in 2 months and we have started talking about me relocating to Louisiana next year. I've been a member on Black Singles since October of 2007. I met a couple of men online and made some friends. I was going to give myself three months and if I did not find someone, I was going to cancel my subscription. However, on January 6, 2008, while checking my messages, I received a message from a gentleman name Eddy. We begin chatting off-line and have been ever since.

I met a very nice man on BlackSingles. He was everything that I was looking for in a man and so on October 20,2007, we started talking on the site every other day, and then on the phone everyday. We had the same things in common; we like movies, walking on the beach, and a nice conversation. He asked if we could meet and I told him yes. After 2 weeks went by, we finally met and it was wonderful. I cooked him breakfast in bed and he enjoyed his breakfast and had a nice hot cup of coffee. We just would like to thank BlackSingles for helping us find each other. We love each other and so we moved to our new home that we bought together after knowing each other for 3 months. Believe it or not....this worked! My profile was on your site for quite some time. I met a few people, met some great friends, had a few dates, but nothing seemed to really happen. I decided to walk away from this site, but I also decided to leave my profile up. Almost eight months after leaving the site, this really great woman decided to "look around" and see what was out there. She came across my profile, contacted me, we hung out, had a lot of fun, and the rest is history... Two years later, we are taking the next major step to our future.. Thanks for your help..
